A general home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by the Wisconsin Standards of Practice that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.
Prices may vary based on the age and location of the house being inspected.

1500 to 2500 sq. ft. = $625.00
Over 2500 sq.ft. = Call for pricing

Up to 1,000 sq. ft. = $375.00
Over 1,000 sq.ft. = Call for pricing
